1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Ömer Faruk Vural (operating under the Yalvona brand, Karaman, Türkiye) as the data controller. You can reach us at info@yalvona.com.

2. Personal data we process

When you fill in the contact form, we process:

• Identity: full name
• Contact: phone number, email address (optional)
• Business: business name (optional), sector, business type
• Request: topic and what you write in your message

3. Purposes

Your personal data is processed only to:

• Respond to your request and contact you
• Plan the free intro call and prepare the analysis report
• Send you an offer if you ask for one

4. Legal grounds

Your data is processed on the grounds of Article 5(2)(c) of KVKK (directly related to establishing a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights). Transfers abroad are based on the explicit consent you give with the checkbox on the form.

5. Collection and transfer

Form details are not stored on our own servers. When you send the form, your details open as a ready message in WhatsApp on your device, and reach us via WhatsApp only if you send that message. Data is also collected through phone, email or Instagram when you contact us there.

Since the servers of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and our email provider may be located abroad, data sent through these channels is transferred abroad. This transfer is based on your explicit consent under Article 9 of KVKK. Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising.

6. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires. Data from requests that do not lead to a service relationship is deleted within 1 year at the latest after your request is concluded. If a service relationship is established, the periods required by law apply.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request its deletion or destruction, and that these actions be notified to recipients
• Object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

8. How to apply

To use your rights, email your request to info@yalvona.com. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

9. Cookies

The site does not use cookies for advertising or visitor tracking. Only your theme choice (light/dark) is stored locally in your browser and is never sent to us.
